Refund policy

Colours of items can vary slightly from photo’s due to lighting, but photos will give a very close representation of colours.

All hand made items are one offs and unique so there will be some slight variance in the design work.

Please choose carefully as no exchange or refund will be given unless the product is damaged or a change in size is required. If you receive a damaged product please contact us within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days. Please also return the original postage packaging for insurance purposes. Postage is not refundable.
